About me

    Life is a project. The converse statement does not work! There is a beginning, the customer, the end is also there, and we don't known it at the beginning of the "project", but if you think about it, all the components of the project can be identified in our lives ....
      My "project" began in 1982 in Penza, in a wonderful family of workers. Thanks to the "customers" of my life, I got higher education which helped me to start a career in my favorite profile, IT, and it is still my hobby. From an early age, I saw opportunities for improvements in the "project" for improvements, so I continue to do it not only in my life, but also in my work, helping to cut costs by increasing the flexibility of a company in its life - the "project." I treat flexibly both to my own and to other "projects", using various tools to achieve the goal.

Portfolio of projects

Reduction of technical downtime in the packaging line

Leader of the project. The project was implemented as part of the LEAN 6Sigma training and certification for Green Belt. The training took place in France by the external company ValueAdded. In the framework of the project, the DMAIC approach was used with the use of the entire range of tools. The goal of the project was to reduce losses that affect efficiency and productivity. The result of the project increased the efficiency of the packaging line by 3.1%, which helped to avoid overtime hours.

Optimization of the production process - the "weighing" stage

Leader of the project. One of the first in the chain of production of medicines and the most critical stage is the process of "weighing". In addition, it is manual labor. A project was launched to optimize the production process, aimed at simplifying weighing, speeding up the process, and also confirming the provision of labor protection and quality. The result of the project was a reduction in lead time by one day for each batch.

Reduced consumption of purified water

Leader of the project. As part of the reduction in the cost of production, an unusual project was chosen, aimed at reducing the consumption of purified water, which is used for cleaning equipment. The project implements the PDCA approach. Economic benefits have been achieved, which in a short period amounted to more than 1Mub, and also a significant contribution to the preservation of the environment and natural resources - more than 500m3 of water resources.

Reducing the time of equipment changeover

The Mentor. One project combined three subprojects with different project teams. The goal of all teams was to reduce the changeover time at strategically important equipment nodes (packing lines and tablet presses). The overall success of all projects was the exclusion of overtime hours and the implementation of production plans on time and in full.

Suggestion System

One of the large-scale LEAN-projects, which involved all departments of the enterprise. An impressive result of the system implementation was more than 250 realized proposals aimed at reducing the production cost, improving the quality of products, simplifying documentation and processes, safety and labor protection. The system is dynamically gaining momentum year after year with the support of the internal functional group of efficiency coordinators.

Implementing the OEE tool

A culture of effectiveness evaluation has been created on common approaches to calculating equipment efficiency. Developed by - local resources - software for data collection and analysis of the situation at work. All key departments (production, technical service, quality management) are involved in the analysis of data on the daily (operational meeting) and weekly (collection of departments) basis for making decisions on improving the efficiency of production processes.

Create a value stream map

Against the backdrop of dynamically developing sales of a strategically important product, the need to define control points of the process from the moment of receipt of the order to the moment of shipment, identifying places for improvements and drawing up a plan for reducing production time, became urgent.

Visual Management

Visual management is implemented in a visual board format in 7 most important departments for business, with weekly meetings aimed at improving the effectiveness of the department. In addition, the "visual management" tool is used day to day as part of process improvement.


An instrument was introduced in 9 departments, which went into the state of "improvement". The phased implementation covered the whole activity of the enterprise from the production site to the office.
